This system was specially designed for Yanjin Shop's production needs, handling a total of 9 materials including snowflake powder, raw starch, and sugar powder. Its core configuration includes:

Behind the project's success was a "tough battle" against time. As the client's factory was completely shut down during the National Day holiday, the window period left for us was only—7 days.
Within these 7 days, the installation and debugging of the main equipment had to be completed. This posed an immense challenge for any automation integration project. The timeline was tight, and the tasks were heavy, but we knew deeply: the client's trust is our responsibility.

During these 7 days, the Wijay project team switched to a "two-shift" mode, working day and night, racing against the clock. From dawn to late night, the site was brightly lit, filled with the sounds of tools, debugging, and communication.
